Questions
Frequently asked
- Which screenshot should I send?
- Whichever shows recurring charges: your banking app's subscriptions view, the App Store or Google Play subscriptions list, PayPal's automatic payments, or an e-mail receipt. Several at once works.
- Is the screenshot stored?
- No. It goes to the AI provider once to be read. What stays is the list of subscriptions found and whatever you confirm or edit.
- Can I hide things in the image?
- Yes — crop or blur anything before uploading. Only what's left in the picture is read.
- Does NoBill connect to my bank?
- No. There is no bank login and no account access.
- Will it cancel subscriptions for me?
- No. It gives you step-by-step instructions for each service and answers questions in the help chat, but you do the cancelling.
- When do reminders arrive?
- One to three days before a charge — you choose — by e-mail and push. Free trials get a separate warning before they convert.
- What if the AI reads something wrong?
- Every entry is editable. You can correct the price or cycle, delete an entry, or add a subscription the screenshot missed.
- Which languages and countries?
- NoBill is sold to consumers across the EU and EEA, with the interface in English, French and German.
- What does it cost?
- Pricing and plan terms are shown on nobill.website, and that's the page to trust — they're set there, not here.
- Can I delete my account?
- Yes, from inside your account. That erases your data, apart from billing records that have to be kept by law.
